Listed at left are current and previous exhibits most of which were developed in tandem with a physical exhibit at Samuel L. Paley Library. Each virtual exhibit is often only a subset of the physical exhibit. Everyone is welcome to attend the exhibits, their openings, and to check our updated schedule of upcoming events.

Russell H. Conwell and the Founding of Temple College

The 'Russell H. Conwell and the Founding of Temple College' Web site presents the early history of Temple University by allowing users to search and view high-resolution primary source materials from the late 19th and early 20th centuries including Conwell's Acres of Diamonds speech, the college's founding charter and amendment, first set of trustee minutes, initial catalog and prospectus, and a personal reminiscence. Materials include text, images and audio with accompanying commentary text.
