ACCREDITATION
Temple University School of Medicine, as part of the Consortium for Academic Continuing Medical Education, is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to sponsor Continuing Education for physicians. Temple University School of Medicine takes responsibility for the content, quality, and scientific integrity of this CME activity.

CERTIFICATION
Temple University School of Medicine designates this CME activity for up to 15 hours in Category 1 credit towards the AMA Physician's Recognition Award. Each physician should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the education activity.
